The Executive Director (ED) is the chief executive officer of NLACW and is also an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. The Deputy Executive Director who is also responsible for monitoring and evaluation supports the ED. The other staff in senior management includes the Senior Legal Officers, Human Resources Officer and the Programmes Accountant.
Other staff includes Resource Mobilisation, Programme/Paralegal Services Coordinator, Admin Officer, ICT Officer, psychosocial counselors, paralegals, volunteer students and learner legal practitioners who provide assistance to lawyers for improved case management.
